About Me
I’m a video editor turned instructional designer who believes that great learning starts with a great story. With a strong background in visual storytelling, I bring a creative and learner-focused approach to instructional design. My transition into this field has been driven by a passion for crafting meaningful learning experiences that connect with people—not just inform them. In fact, most of my video production career has taken place in corporate training environments. Whether it’s serving as a technical director to produce live training courses for a global communications company, or providing video editing services for healthcare and real estate continuing education courses, promotional materials, and podcasts, I have always found my bread and butter in telling the story that helps people learn and thrive in their careers. And getting to the bottom of those stories has always involved collaborating with SMEs, editing facilitator guides, implementing learner feedback, and leveraging the power of artificial intelligence. Instructional design has always been a subtle heartbeat behind everything I do.
While I specialize in instructional video and storyboard development, I enjoy being involved in every stage of the design process. From conducting needs analyses to building out full learning solutions, I’m always ready to dive in wherever I can add value. At the heart of it all, I use storytelling as a tool to bring clarity, connection, and impact to the learning experience.
